HW 4

I think this photo was staged. As I observed the two photos, the firs popular image with the other one holding a weapon on his shoulders leaning gave a difference. The position falls in the same timing comparing two images. If it was staged, then the photo would have made a difference to success and position. My other thought would be that it just happened as the photograph lies in the same spot. Observing two photos, one of the two was realistic showing one’s tragedy as the other one may follow its footsteps to achieve the comparison to that photo.  From previous lectures, there are reasons for a photo to be staged while discussions leads to argument about a staged photo. A staged photo observes ones movement as well as contrast to its color. It’s also easier with a practical strength  to stage someone who is alive falling than it is to drag dead bodies which is how the other picture was assumed to have been staged. Being alive and no longer here is a difference. Comparing to his photos, Death Valley gives a similarity with the rocks being placed. It can be moved if both photos show one that moves. Reasons are usually in guessing as movements occur but, we just never see it.
