Walken Evan’s photographs are very interesting and difficult to do. When I read the part where Evan uses a hidden camera to secretly snap these portraits at public, I find it amazing. It’s because I don’t know how he can capture a good picture with a camera that is hidden inside his topcoat. People have to see the frame to take a nice picture, but then Evan doesn’t need to. I do see these riders from the Depression Era are similar to today’s riders. People who ride the subways are always reading a book or a newspaper. Also, they would look around their surroundings.
