I think Evans had a really good approach when it came to taking his subway photos. I like the fact that he did it quietly and secretly because it makes for more realistic photos. They always say the best photos are taken off guard when your not looking. when people would catch him their expressions only added to the realism of the situation. They reacted in various ways and it made for amazing photos. Looking at people from that time era and comparing it to todays commute shows me many similarities. Honestly in both generation people looked upset your just very straight faced. Even the ones kind of looking at the camera make you feel the judge mental look just like today. Overall i really like the series and feel it was a great representation of the everyday commuter.
