Steps to Scheduling and Organizing Scholars Appointments
- Description: My Supervisor assigned me the task of scheduling phone appointments with prospective Bridges Scholars. During these appointments, my supervisor would interview each student to see if they met the minimum requirements for the program. I devised a method to organize the appointments I scheduled in a way that would be beneficial from the student, my supervisor and myself as well.

- Description: My supervisor assigned me the task of retrieving and editing the NIH Bridges Scholars Biographies for the website. I followed her instructions to create a google document, which was modeled after a document created by the previous administrative assistant. After creating the google document I invited the current scholars to edit the file, and then I proceeded to work with each individual scholar to edit their biographies.
