I really enjoyed watching the video detailing Bonnie Siegler’s journey through graphic design. Her story about contracts and standing firm in your business practices really resonated with me. I also am a big fan of the rebranding she did for Brooklyn Public Library. I thought the press assuming she spelled BKLYN wrong was hilarious and a clear sign that Bonnie Siegler knew her client well and knew that the nickname for Brooklyn that all Ny’ers know from childhood would make a clear statement for such a NY institution. I appreciated her advice about reaching out and getting your dream job.
