After doing some research, I found it interesting that the topic I am trying to do is more of a recipe manual. Most recipe manuals are straight forward. However, I noticed that they didn’t use the word “I” in none of their text. On the contrary, I liked that it gives the prep time, cook time, and total time. I also liked that they had side notes that explained that this dish can be eaten with different types of food and ingredients. The interesting part is even though Mexico is a very large country and each city has their own different ingredients, the Tinga de pollo is mostly made the same.
