I am choosing the article Electronic Circuits have to be designed- Not Assembled. I’m interested in circuit design and was not aware that the issue the article brings up is so prominent. It is even more relevant now since the world is dealing with an IC chip shortage. My audience will be someone who does not really know much about the topic seeing as how the global chip shortages affect everyone, not just engineers.
