A word that would describe myself as an individual inside the classroom and outside the classroom would be open-minded. While being an open-minded student, I often find ways to achieve things and learning from it. I’m Feeling confident about myself about taking English 1101 because ELA has been one of my favorite subjects while in high school, often finding peace in mind while typing for longer periods of time. Being a freshman in college brings me a quite amount of anxiety and it brings me back to my days as being a freshman in high school, the only difference this time is that is college, new experiences, new feelings to find but also to find my purpose in life

My study skills are quite good, not the best but when it comes to finishing a task, I find it easy while focusing on it. One downside to this is that I often find myself distracted by other things that I lose track of my work, but then I re-focus again. College is not easy but as long as I adapt to it, I can succeed because endurance and adaptability is the key to success, failure is also success, because everyone learns from it, we fall but we stand back up, because when you want something, nothing will stop us from achieving what we fight for. I often find myself in situations where I ask myself, how I ended up here, and I try to fix things without affecting others. When we are under pressure and we fail, just remember that “Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall”. -Confucius
