Reflection is to just take time and a look at what you have done so far, an example would be like say you gave yourself a haircut and now you would go to a mirror and take a look. You can also reflect on actions thinking if it was right or wrong in the doing of them. Then you will look for ways on how to not make the same mistake, say you have anger issues then you would want to reflect on yourself to go into anger management. To me reflection is just simple and at some points not needed, since your basically changing who you really are. Say you want to be nicer and control your anger around things that get you mad, if you do that then the things will keep on happening and happening if your just gonna let it slip by.
