Next Monday, 10/30, we’ll go to the Brooklyn Collection of the Brooklyn Public Library.  Directions

Be at the top of the front steps of the library at 1 PM and text your classmate if you are running late. If you know you will be late, please enter the library and go to the 2nd floor. The Brooklyn Collection is in the middle of the library overlooking the atrium.

The nearest subway is the 2/3 at either Grand Army Plaza or Eastern Parkway (the library is about equidistant). The only other train that is nearby is the Q at 7th Ave. The B41 bus is another option but I’d recommend just taking the subway.
