I read this article in today’s NY Times, “In Arbitration, a ‘Privatization of the Justice System’.”  It details how corporate-America has  stolen more power for themselves.  Not only has our political and financial systems been corrupted by neo-capitalism, but now our judicial system has also been corrupted.
