   As a correction guard your job at the prison is to make sure the prisoners follow rules and regulations. And as a human services counselor I would have to make sure the guards are well inform on how to approach the prisoner so they would not think it’s a sexual comment

     From reading this trial on Ronell Wilson it seemed like a very contradicting case that went on for a while. It went from giving the victim a death sentence to not giving him one however it was given more discussion. As a human service student I feel that based on a victims crime they should be penalized. I understand it takes many years for a trial to have results, however sometimes it lets too many murders stay out on the street. I believe killing some regardless the reason or excuse is wrong. By looking at this case I feel that the prosecutors took to long to let Ronell Wilson pay for what crime he committed. Therefore, just as many other cases he was able to not fully pay for the crime he committed because an argument stated he was mentally disabled. While reading this case that really struck me with a surprise. The thoughts that go through my head is questioning “Why do these people get off so easily”. I am sure they’re aware that killing is a crime and that it is wrong. I can say it is a very interesting case and it can get looked at and criticized in many different perspectives.
