This is a photograph of perfume bottles I saw in Glossier. I really liked the design of the perfumes, and also how and where they were displayed. In the original photo, there was a bunch of other stuff like makeup surrounding the photo, but I cropped it out just so you could see the perfumes only.

 

This is a photograph of the swings in Pier 35, although you can’t see them fully in the photo. I really liked how I took the photo, and the small details I added into the painting to show more context of where it is since it is difficult to tell. I took a lot of time blending the sky out to make sure it doesn’t look to boring and dull, which was probably the most difficult part and I’m proud of how it turned out.
