Oxford Short Introductions

There were a lot of titles that called my attention and seem very interesting. For example, Angels, Anxiety, Sexuality, Nothing, Music, Photography, Beauty, etc. I didn’t read the all of theSe intros, but from the ones I did I enjoyed mostly Anxiety, and Beauty. From Anxiety I liked the line, “As we’ll see, anxiety isn’t merely normal, it is often an essential.” I never thought that in some cases anxiety is essential and now I wonder why is it. I also picked Beauty because it will speak about the different types of beauty that exist. I believe it is good for us to appreciate and learn about all kinds of beauty and not just one.
