Hi my name is Jessica. I graduated from Newtown highschool with a plan set in mind. It’s been a dream of mine to be part of the culinary arts that’s when I looked into hospitality management. It’s also a way to get more involved with different cultures as to what they eat. An interesting fact about me is that I always admired the way you can get lost when cooking it feels wonderful that you can experience such a feeling.

I think I know what you mean about getting “lost when cooking.” Sometimes (after I have graded a million papers) I really enjoy cooking because I can just completely focus on the food and nothing else.
