Page 22 has sans serif, serif, and script or handwriting. However, the script part is not so legible, maybe because this is not the central part to focus on, but it does provide some aesthetic feeling to the page. Moreover, the article uses sans-serif and serif, some are heavy-weight and some are normal-weight which I think is meant to highlight the important information. I also noticed that words are in condensed form. It is readable and most parts are legible.
