I made two name cards. The first name card is based on the one I have in my sketchbook. Compared to the original one, the new version isn’t as detailed but still has some familiar fun doodles along the bottom of my name. I liked the idea of having a neat font, such as Oswald, being a contrast to the messy crapped doodles. Ironically enough, if the Oswald fonts weren’t spaced out and a smaller size it’d be just as crap of the drawings. (I’ll post the original name card for reference.)

In the second card, I made it more elegant like the Roman font I used. I do believe the design I used makes it hard to focus on the actual name even with the backdrop. I’ve attempted other ways to fix it, but either none were successful or I didn’t enjoy the outcome.
