Education is the essence of education is information transmission. For example, in China, some teachers only care about grades because the students in the class have high rates and exams, so the teacher has better bonuses. Parents like people with better grades in class and school. Therefore, I think education is not only teaching students the knowledge; it also teaches them how to be a person and help students shape their personality.

Hanting,
This is a fascinating perspective. I think an essay exploring the differences between education in China and education in the U.S. would be really interesting. And this very unique aspect of the Chinese teachers receiving bonuses based on their students performance would be important to include in the discussion.
