Hey everyone, in order for me to record classes (which I feel is a huge benefit) I need you all to sign a Media Release Form. Here is a link to the form, which you need to download, sign, and upload to our Dropbox folder.

If you have a printer, you can print the pdf, sign it, and use the Dropbox app to scan, name, and upload the file the same way as the first assignment.

If you don’t have or want to print it, there are ways to mark up a PDF using various apps. You can use a drawing tool to submit a signature as best you can, save the file as a pdf, and then upload it to Dropbox.

If you can’t mark up a pdf, try inputting a Text Box and put in [Signed] before you type in your name.

At the top, fill out the form with this info:

• Event: MAT1275 LC22 Class Lecture
• Date: Fall 2021 Semester
• Place: Blackboard Collaborate Ultra

When you upload, use LastnameFirstinitial Media Release.pdf. Ex: Princess Peach will upload as peachp media release.pdf.
