So I’m interning for Pinsapo Press which a start-up book publishing company based in New York, but I’m doing it remotely. It is in fact a private company. Pinsapo’s primary business is to help and publish books for people who are less fortunate with no means or authors who are looking to revive their careers. They also organize art events that undiscipline the mediums, initiate creative collaborations and provide resources for sharing them publish writing in translation, writing in English, and writing not in English. Pinsapo started in 2014 and they have had several events including movie screenings and reading performances.
