I think it establishes a welcoming and comfortable environment for the elderly people. This does eliminate the personal human interaction between humans.

The fact that a nurse will be controlling the robot seems very clever. this could be a way for the nurses to overlook the medical care of the patient. Perhaps in the future there will be robots able to administer medication.

The solution to loneliness has direction correlation to the societal settings of the industrialized worlds. The practice of nuclear family sets closely related families together. In African societies, brothers and brothers’ wives live together and are considered closely related families, but this is not the case advanced world.

If you need a nurse to operate it, what is the need for the robot? why can’t the nurse attend to the elderly? are there any plans to creating an artificial intelligence so Zora wouldn’t need to be operated by a nurse?

Has the company who made the Zora software ever made their own robot or is their focus solely on the virtual application side?

Could this be considered as a hindrance to real life interaction?
