Last week, I worked on the e-mail blast design and unfortunately I do not have the document to post here because it wasn’t allowed to leave the office, but I do have a screenshot of its coding in Mailchimp. Mailchimp is easy to use and I learned how to use the basics of it, but of course there are more aspects to the program. Mr. Eyal explained to me that his company uses Mailchimp because it is easy to send out their
e-mail blasts to thousands of people. It has both a coding area and a drag and drop function, so you really don’t have to be a coding expert to use it.
At first, I was a bit nervous because my coding is not very good, but Mailchimp made things really easy. I was able to update current e-mail blasts and create new ones and send them out to clients. This is an e-mail blast that I helped design for their clients. It is about a fancy new co-op that is available on the Upper East Side. I am also doing a lot better with time and design because I know I said before that I was having difficulties with adjusting to this kind of corporate environment, but things are better now. We also moved to a bigger and nicer space in the flatiron district, so we are no longer at 216 Madison Ave. 9th floor, we are now at 900 Broadway, 4th floor. I will try and retrieve some photos of the new work place.
