Hi Mark! Toronto, where I grew up, has a big West Indian population, so I had a few friends from Trinidad and Tobago when I was a kid. When my American friends visit Toronto, I always insist they go somewhere for a roti. I might be biased, but I’m convinced that Toronto ones are better than New York ones. Is there food that you can get in New York that reminds you of home?
