Secretary group report

3)Report-As a group we read the agreement and asked if anyone had questions on what anything meant. There were no questions so everything was pretty strait forward.The group found the words Empowering,Joyful and critical meaningful.Also we felt like there was no need for one more sentence to be added to the agreement.
4)Community agreement- For the secretary position we’re going to rotate every week. We made a IMSG chat to communicate.If someone missed a session we will include notes for the day in the chat for the classmate to catch up. As well as motivating each other via the chat and give feedback to make everyone feel included. Lastly we will be polite to each other and use the chat to update the agreement if needed.
5)As my own report -I would just like to add that I felt like the group was very productive and efficient.
