This week during our chapter meeting we talked about events that we would be interested to do in the campus. we discussed about the methods of event planning and steps that are involved to plan a successful event. Our big challenge would be bring people to the event because of the current situation there aren’t lot of students attending in person classes. I also reached out to students during the week about our transform transit petition that has being going around and we have done good so far but we want to bring as many as we can to support this petition. My project coordinator also assigned me to create 2 social post. One was for the transform transit petition and the other one was for tenants rights workshop. NYPIRG is partnering with Brooklyn tenants council inc. to host this event which is happening on Nov 4th at 12:30 Pm.
