“Death” was a new read for me, but The Road Not Taken is a poem that has always stuck with me, if only for its last two lines “I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference”. Something about those two lines just makes the poem as a whole iconic.
I enjoyed each poem because they both have a deeper meaning. What’s being said is not supposed to be taken at face value, we as the reader are supposed to think about the double meaning of the words and the underlying message as a whole.
