So far my experience with poetry writing has been so-so. At first I was stuck on what to write about, then when I found a topic I had trouble trying to find the type of format I wanted my poem to be in. I then went online to look at different poem formats to help give me an idea of what would be an easy format to start of with for someone who has never written a poem before. After I found a format my thoughts begin to flow and I was able to make 4 poems and in my opinion I don’t think I did a bad job.
