Freedom of Speech

We live in a time where the outspoken are labeled “outrageous”

And the lack of honesty among peers is contagious

Whoever speaks truth against power and the mainstream is labeled and censored

and whoever cries wolf and claim victim is called “courageous”.

What of free speech in academics is actually free?

and what of it is challenged, questioned to a certain degree?

Is it to suppress “hate” or fearing the risk to think out loud?

what if it’s respectful, articulate, and critiquing yet offends a crowd?

What are the boundaries other than calling and advocating violence is not allowed?

Walking

Walking might not seem like an exciting activity but the benefits outshine the appearance of it.
Walking keeps the body on an active state and boosts energy which increases blood flow.
It forces the body to use the sugar in the blood flow to produce that energy.
If you’re walking while fasting, oops you have low sugar levels.
Then walking would tap into your jiggly fat storage and promote fat loss.

The psychological and mental benefits of walking are extremely underrated.

For example, going on a walk might enhance your mood and help you think more clearly which might be a perfect escape from a problem to help think about a solution.
I’m not saying you walk away from your problems, I’m simply saying walk them over.

A psychological benefit is that you’re subconsciously moving forward when you walk, unless you unnecessarily like to walk backwards down the street then you’re probably a psycho.
Once you become a professional walkholic, throw in some a pair of earphones and add music to your walk but watch for bikes and vehicles when crossing the damn street.
