The creator of Antigone in Ferguson wanted to attract people who would not ordinarily attend a production of a Greek play because he wanted people to know the similarity between Greek play and the social issues we are facing nowadays. they want to show the connection. Antigone in the play defines or represents society now. Empower laws that go against humanity and justice.
