I gained an understanding of the value of interdisciplinary methods and the need of critically analyzing materials as a result of this study process. In addition to improving my research abilities, analyzing the data helped me better grasp how socioeconomic determinants and health outcomes are related. This experience made clear how important it is to take into account a variety of viewpoints while tackling difficult societal challenges. Sorting through the numerous causal connections between healthcare disparities and economic inequality was one of the trickiest parts. It required a sophisticated grasp of social elements of health, healthcare regulations, and economic systems. Complicating matters further was the moral nature of the subject, especially in light of the ways in which these differences impact the general well-being of society.
