In this YouTube video, you’re able to understand how to become a chef at a fine dinning restaurant and go to the next level. Becoming a chef can be a very tiring and stressful goal to achieve, but the more effort you put in, the more rewards you get while going through that path. Coming from an experienced Chef he states that “Culinary school isn’t worth it due to the massive debt that you can have after graduating. The best way to learn is in a busy kitchen when you see everything raw. Meaning Head chef screaming, Mise en place, Long hours of labors and more.” This is true I can confirm myself because I am a line cook and work 12 hours in a good day and 14 in a bad one. The culinary industry isn’t for everyone because of the amount of labor that is put in.
