Summary: 

This article mostly involved statistics and research about animal abuse. It talked about different types of animal abuse. Those involved neglect cruelty, active, intentional, and organized. It included pets, sheltered animals, wild animals, and farm animals. It stated that most animals that are killed are farm animals. It took statistics from other websites and put them all together. Men are most likely to abuse animals. More often people who have been abused in the past usually abuse animals.

Reflection: 

I liked this article because it was less biased and more based on actual facts. I also liked that it was straight to the point and had barely any writing. This was different from the video because it shows a different type of animal cruelty. This is more based on psychological reasons than doing it for a science experiment. What I found interesting was that people who have experienced some form of abuse or have gone through any trauma prior, are the people who are most likely to abuse animals. Most animals that suffer are farm animals because they are forced to reproduce milk and eggs for people.
