With my topic being related to low income New Yorkers dealing with healthcare I decided to use an open letter as a way to address these issues to a government official or something but also since the information can be viewed publicly which means it can be viewed by my target audience which happens to be New York Citizens and low income citizens, which let all the information about my topic spread to them as well.

I suggest you have multiple times in mind, since your schedule may not mesh with mine!
Course Description: A course in effective essay writing and basic research techniques including use of the library. Demanding readings assigned for classroom discussion and as a basis for essay writing.
