During the process of writing my educational narrative it made me think back to all the things Iâve gone through in order to be where Iâm at today. There was a lot going on but with the use of âShitty First Draftsâ I realized my story was going to be all over the place anyways. Every good writer has to get messy in order to get to where they want to be in writing. At first I didnât know where to begin in my narrative until I began to brainstorm key points. Another thing that helped a lot was peer-review because maybe someone else noticed an error you didnât catch the first time around. This unit project was very straight-forward and I enjoyed the process from beginning to end. From now on when it comes to papers I will remind myself to go back to âShitty First Draftsâ and trust the process.
