The first picture is by Jennifer Quito, it is shot at eye-level. I like the gradient of the wall. And the diffused light coming from the lamps. The leading lines are all going towards the window.

The second picture is by Marley Rodriguez, it is shot at a low-angle. I like the different amount of light that is being shine on to he buildings. The windows of the buildings make a repeating pattern. The lights are different on each side of the building. And the converging point is not in the center, instead it is in the lower thirds of the photo, that makes it more interesting.
