This image stands out to me as the lights creating a leading line, the contrast between the lights and the tile pattern makes it pop out more, makes it interesting. Also the angle used for the shot, oblique angle, makes it more dynamic.
I find this photo interesting since it has a very symmetrical pattern goin on, the framing also makes the all the attention go to the fence even though there might be people walking in the background. The lighting hitting the fence also creates a great contrast between the fence and the background.
