Lab Report 3 by Frank Mason

Objective: To disassemble, dissect, and identify each part of a circuit board and understand the inner workings of the device.

Materials: Phillips Flat Head Screwdriver, Toggle switch, input controller, cable for output to power the device, Four Crown LM393 LM358 AT93C46 SOP8 8 foot pipe new original a 3 block, three PW02 18-48 Large Magnetic Transformers, PW-0217 Large Magnetic Transformer, PW-0216 Large Magnetic, Two large looping magnetic coils, PW G.P. QC PASS2 Capacitors, Two PEC 518 UF806F Heat Sinks, Carli 250V power regulator.

Procedure:

1. Take the device out of the box.

2. Disassemble each piece (by force or with screwdrivers if necessary) and lay each piece on a table.

3. Label each piece as you go along.

4. Understand the individual components of the device and understand how each works to power the device.

5. Try (operative word) to piece the components back to the device.

Result: We successfully disassemble some of the device and label most of its parts. Unfortunately, we were not able to find and label the sensor and actuator for the device. Other than that, we learned how most of the device’s inner workings function to power the device.
