The UNCā€™s Writing Center website has many useful and easy-to-readĀ handoutsĀ that help with the writing process. You can find information there on the following topics:

The Baruch College (CUNY) Writing Center has an excellent compilation of online resources. In particular, they offer useful links under ā€œLanguageā€ (for grammar, sentence-level issues, etc.).
You should also check out Purdueā€™s Online Writing Lab (OWL), which is an excellent resource for writers. In particular, its MLA Formatting and Style Guide will be useful, especially for in-text citations and Works Cited.
Writing Commons is also a wonderful open-access resource for all types of writing.
