In John McWhorton’s response “Good applicants with bad grammar”. He believes that it is wrong not to consider one with poor grammar for a job. This is not true because most jobs involves writing in their own way. It is required we have the basic knowledge and grammar skills to fulfill our role at any jobs; as it is a reflection of how we represent the company.
