Hello Professor Noonan and classmates, my name is Jane Won. My preferred pronouns are she/her. I was born in South Korea and came to the United States when I was 10 years old. I grew up in Queens county ever since I came to the U.S. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist pursuing to receive a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and Administration. Currently, I am working full-time and studying part-time. I have no favorite authors but I enjoy reading short novels. Among many novels, my favorite genres are mystery and romance. I live with two lovely cats and a husband who supports me both mentally and physically. I enjoy spending time with my family and also I enjoy watching movies. I am excited to learn more in this class since I am not perfect in English. I hope I can get through this semester with my classmates. Thank you for reading and nice to meet you all!

Hello everybody, my name is habeeb ( he, him,his) I was born in United States of America ,but raised in the middle east ” Yemen” finally I’m back to America again. Currently I live in Brooklyn. I’m majoring in liberal arts for now ,but I going to change it to the pharmacist program. I believe that one day I will achieve my goals and become a pharmacist. Pharmacist was my dream career so I will do everything to become a pharmacist. I believe in hard work. I’m also interested in the cryptocurrency I believe that it’s will be the future currency. Im a big fam of the middle eastern food. I love every dish of the middle eastern food. I recommend all of you to try these kinds of food” you never will be regretted “. I’m also a business owner I have a couple of convenience stores , so beside studying I take care of my business. I love to travel and experience a different things. Hopefully when everything will goes back to normal. I will travel to all over Europe.
Hey fellow classmates, my name is Anthony Bastien. My preferred pronouns are he, him, and his. I was born in Brooklyn, NY, and I have lived there for my entire life. I currently live in the Canarsie section of Brooklyn. Last year, I matriculated at City Tech in pursuit of a degree in Nursing. I am a part time student because I work full time at NYU Langone. This is my first asynchronous class, and I’m looking forward to gaining a deeper understand of English with you all.
I do not have an absolute favorite author. However, I have been captivated by the writing style of Zora Neale Hurston lately. I’ve purchased more of her books and I look forward to reading them during my next vacation. When I’m not at work, or completing school work, you can find me in the kitchen perfecting my tomato sauce or practicing new techniques. I also enjoy exercising outdoors, hiking, cycling, and dancing.
