Next time I do a research project , I will apply many things and techniques that I have learned from this class. For example learning how to communicate with my class mates and work in teams in order to get everything done on time. Also learning how to do deep research in order to obtain as much information.
The process of verifying sources and outline writing is something I have definitely improved on in this class. I have now realized the importance of a solid outline as a guide to writing a paper. Scriptwriting is also something new that I have learned and it was an interesting experience.
The next time I do a research project having a script is very important and useful. This technique taught me the value of preparation and I will take this technique to help others in the future.
For future research projects having a script is important and having zoom meetings to plan and brainstorm together to find new ideas and research to reach our goal to answer our thesis statement.
In the future, I will be sure to annotate every source I come across! You never know when you will need the information. I also learned to use the sources already cited in works that I find, it cuts down the time hunting down sources tremendously. Lastly, cross-referencing sources to understand how information correlates with one another brings out the magic of research that allows you to find answers to questions that aren’t answered by anyone yet.
This class helps me learned how to work with teammates even we never meet in person, to find reliable sources and identify them. Especially helped me to know the importance of self-motivated. And all the things I have learned in this class will help me for my school life and career.
From this project, I learned to write annotated bibliography and a proper script which I never tried before. Writing the annotated bibliography really helped us to collect all the sources and the information that we would use later in our presentation. It was easier to go back to those sources and understand what we could add to our script. And we followed our outline to write our script, which allowed us to figure out what we were missing and how we could make our argument stronger.
I learned many new skills in this class. Making a script, pre-recording a presentation and making a annotated bibliography helped significantly when making your script. These are all skills I will be transferring when planning a presentation. I enjoyed researching my topic considering the complexity of it. As long as you follow an outline that is sequential according to a timeline, the presentation will flow better. I tend to over analyze documents and this class and this helped me realize that one source will lead to a other source. Like for example following a trail of bread crumbs; each secondary source will soon lead to primary source and if you analyze the well enough you can find hints leading towards a new primary source. This made me a better researcher and a class that I won’t forget.
I learned the history of Lincoln Center and the story behind it, what really happen in this place before the Lincoln Center built, the culture replaced, the analysis of the site and architecture forms that isolated the community. I also learned how to editing a video(not easy).
From this class, I have learned how to write a script and an outline to improve a research project. The verification of sources and creating a solid message whit a clear focus and position, with those sources’ help. Overall it was an interesting experience that helped me to understand and see more analytically.
I have learned many techniques and lessons in this class. One technique that I will take away from this class is to always write down where I get my sources from so that I can find them later on. A lesson that I learned was how to write an annotated bibliography.

Next time when I’m doing my research paper, I will organize all my resources with a proper citation. This technique have help me a lot when I’m working on my research project throughout the whole semester. The next thing I will stay concern is the communication between with my group members if I have a group project. It help us to keep on track and understand what the others is doing. Those are the lessons and techniques I learned from this semester.
In this chass, I learned how to write a script. I also learned how to write an annotated bibliography and how to use powerpoint to record audio and video. The next time I do a research project, I will use these techniques, they are useful.
