For the final proposal, I am interested in a few topics from my dream jobs. Although I also wanted to attempt real estate, because it’s a great trait to learn if I ever plan to flip houses in the future. That way I can be my own boss, and do what I love. Also it’s a great job that offers endless learning through experience. To start of the project I would include:

- What is Real Estate?
- What is the average salary in NY?
- What are the duties of Real Estate developers?
- What does it mean to be a Property Developer?
- Is there a difference between Real Estate and Property Development?
- What is the meaning of Land Development?
(After that I would show the various types of career opportunities a real estate licenses can offer)
- What kind of Real Estate jobs require a license?
- What Real Estate job recommends a license?
- What Real Estate job requires another license?
- What are the other types of Real Estate jobs?
(Next I would think of it’s impact on my day to day life)
- What are the pros of Real Estate?
- What are the cons of Real Estate?
(Afterwards I would list the general requirements to becoming a real estate)
- Where to go to acquire a license?
- Is it free to obtain a Real Estate license?
- What kind of exam is it?
- What is the difference between an Agent and a Realtor?
- What happens when you join a Brokerage?
(Finally I would think about what I would do once everything was finalized. My preference would be to work with houses, then I would proceed to conclude my final answer.)

This is great that you chose a topic which is not just about architecture but of your own interest and something which will actually help you in your career goal. This is very inmportant that we understand what we really want in life and follow that dream no matter what. I like how you have listed all these questions you want to find the answer of, which is basically half your job done, and it helps others to understand your goals and dreams as well.
