“Best” Photo

IMG_2526

I chose this photo as the best photo because I feel that this image captures the chair in a different yet unique perspective. Instead of it being a something to sit on, it has now become something to look at. Although this is functional art all on its own I like the way the focus of the picture is on of the four legs. I like how to background is blurred causing the up close part of it to become more on an importance. There is contrast between the gray of the legs and underneath and the black circle caused by darkness that makes the circle the main point. Also, the black point is right in the middle of this picture as well. There is a natural leading line from the top of the chair leg all the way to the  bottom which the same leg you see right away when you look at it.

Good description. the black circle stands out against the gray of the stool and the gray of the carpet.
