Writing Task Resilience
One hard thing during the pandemic was keeping balance . during the beginning of the pandemic i had really bad depression while still in school . i found my self in a dark hole , not putting much effort into school or anything .my depression caused a strain in my daily life . i started to change the little things in my life that’ll make me more happier . i fought through this and came out a stronger person .
during this hard time in the beginning of the pandemic i started to change my routine . i started with clearing out the negative and draining things in my life to make space for something more positive. i made school a priority and set reasonable goals . what lead to a huge change was definitely my routine , i started to mark things on a paper calendar . i woke up everyday to write to things down in my notes and go to sleep finishing it .
