Hi, my name is Ethan Torres I’m what you call a New York Rican. Meaning I was born in New York, specifically Brooklyn and I am fully Puerto Rican. I love being Puerto Rican, my family is very diverse, and I tend to connect with a lot of Latino cultures because of our similarities. My major is Civil engineering. With this major in the future, I want to be a home developer. I am in the process of getting my real estate license, so in the future I want to be able to develop a home than be able to sell it or refer it to a real estate agent I am connected with.
Another thing about me is I love playing basketball and to box. My whole life I grew up playing basketball with my twin brother and we played basketball in high school. Along my high school journey, I lost love for playing basketball because of problems going on with the coaching and the team. That’s when I decided to pick up boxing. Boxing really helped me control my emotions and turned me into a better version of my self.
