My research question is: How technology will lead to the downfall of society. My audience is targeted towards teens or anybody who has access to mobile devices. My message is that social media is promoting extreme behavior. One common example is cyber bullying. Since it involves bullying but online through social networks this is the reason why it increases in popularity mainly because of social media. The genre that I will use is a video essay, since video essays are a good way to present information with video and audio effects. The visual elements of the video essay can be engaging since you can implement videos, images and graphs for your presentation. While using the audio elements you can say a speech and provide information towards your audience while also playing music or sound effects in your video. I will start by creating a script so I know what information I am providing towards my audience. I will have to make sure I have done all the required research that is necessary. After the script is done I can then go towards the main project which is recording my audio and completing a video layout.
