RQ: How is gentrification by wealthy US citizens affecting Puerto Rico properly/ real estate/ ability to buy houses?
The genres that I am considering for my unit three project are informational poster, Instagram Story/page, or Tedtalk. I have narrowed down to Informational poster and Instagram Story/Page because an Informational poster can help me show the audience the negative effects that Puerto Ricans have due to gentrification. Instagram Story can help me show my message publicly and protest it in a way.
