Did you know? There’s a great feature on the library website that allows you to chat (live!) with a librarian, at any time of day or night.
The Ask a Librarian feature is right on the library homepage, just below the main search bar. Find the “Ask a Librarian” box and type in a question (or even the word “hello!”) to start the chat.
Here are some examples of questions you might ask:
+ I’m having trouble finding an article for my paper. Can you help?
+ What’s the call number/code for my textbook?
+ I need help with research.
+ How long can I check out a book for?
+ What’s an MLA citation?
Day or Night, a librarian is there!
Whether it’s 9am or 3am, a live person on the chat will be happy to help out. Librarians can assist with the research process, and guide you to good sources.
Feel free to try the chat service by clicking “Ask a Librarian” anytime!
