Paid Instructional Design and Information Literacy Internship

The New York City College of Technology (CUNY) Library seeks a graduate student in an LIS or Digital Humanities program for an instructional design and information literacy internship. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with instructional technology platforms and be comfortable with workshop facilitation. 

In consultation with the library’s instruction team and members of the English Department, this candidate will conduct research, help design and conduct focus groups to learn more about information literacy priorities for first year students, and develop digital tutorials and research guides. The intern will gain experience with instructional technology and qualitative research methods. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a busy academic library setting and design resources for a diverse, multilingual student population.
