Are you interested in creating graphics for class handouts or websites? Would you like to learn how to edit your digital photographs, create collages, or combine image and text? This workshop will focus on the very basics of Adobe Photoshop. Participants will gain hands-on experience with the toolbar, layers, cropping and text.

Venues and Literature Reviews for Faculty Scholarship and Publication workshop conducted by Professor Anne Leonard
Would you like to explore new venues for publishing your work, but aren’t sure where to begin? Perhaps you’re at the beginning stages of your research or have a completed draft of an article, or are somewhere in between. In this workshop we’ll discuss finding relevant general and discipline-based literature. We’ll also briefly review tools for streamlining your research and citation process, and cover finding publication venues and outlets for a range of research projects.
